The Coach House provides budget accommodation near the Hotel & Extreme Academy, Watergate Bay. It is basic accommodation, close to the beach, for those seeking an economical way of staying in Watergate Bay. These rooms were not part of our recent refurbishment and remain very simple.

The Coach House provides single, double/twin, triple and quad rooms as well as family suites which comprise of a double bedroom, bathroom and separate twin or bunk room for children. None of the rooms have views, but all have en-suite bathrooms, satellite television, tea and coffee facilities, and telephone.
